Is This for Me?

You don’t have to be sure. You just have to be curious.

Below are the most common questions clients ask. Read slowly and trust your body’s response. It already knows.

“What if I don’t know which service I need?”

You don’t need to know. That’s our job.

In our initial consultation, I will ask the right questions to help you find what your body, mind, or energy system is truly asking for. Sometimes it’s one modality. Sometimes it’s a blend. Either way, you won’t be pushed or rushed.

“Will I lose control in hypnosis?”

No. You remain aware, conscious, and in charge throughout the entire process.

Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of awareness, not mind control. Nothing can be suggested or uncovered that you do not agree to. Most clients describe it as calm clarity or being deeply focused, but at ease.

“Can you work with people who have a trauma history?”

Yes. Much of my work is trauma-informed.

Whether your trauma is recent, childhood, ancestral, or stored in the body without clear memory, our work together is built to be safe, gradual, and led by you. You do not need to talk about everything to release it.

“What if I’m on medication or in other therapy?”

That’s completely fine. I won’t replace your providers; I collaborate with your healing process.

Clinical and Medical hypnotherapy, energy work, and constellation therapy can often enhance and support other treatments. If needed, I will coordinate with your therapist or physician.

“Do I have to believe in energy healing or spirituality for it to work?”

No. You only need to be open. I work with the body, not belief systems.

Reiki and constellation work are subtle, non-invasive modalities. You don’t have to understand how it works for your system to feel the shift.

“How long does it take to see results?”

That depends on what you’re carrying, what you’re ready for, and how deep you want to go.

Some shifts happen in one session. Others unfold over a series. My goal is not to keep you coming back forever. It’s to help empower you, so you know how to move forward on your own.

“What if I feel nervous or unsure?”

Then we start there. Your nervousness isn’t a problem. It’s a message.

You don’t have to feel brave or ready. You just need to show up for the first conversation. And this space is built to listen.

“How do I book a session?”
